The idea is to get employees so that each one of us gives feedback about out of stock products when they go out for their shopping. In the past, an employee would comeback disappointed if the retailer said that the supply of a particular product was not all that great. He could call a sales guy but he never knew where he was or what happened.

Now there will be a system to track such call. Employee will log information about the missing product with the name and location of the store via a website. As soon as the stock arrives, the employee who raised the call will get a confirmation mail.
